The Cycle of Change

Today marks another year of life for me as today is my birthday. YAY! I celebrate getting older even though my body and grey hairs remind me that I’m exhausted by 8pm and I really need to keep my hair colorist on speed dial! But as this time of year is also when Mother Nature displays her beauty in the trees and leaves, its the perfect time for me to reflect on my own internal changes. I usually set goals for myself and give myself a year to accomplish them. For this birthday year, I hope to accomplish personal and professional goals that will require laser focus and dedication on my part. My hectic life with managing kids, household, full time work and my side hustle can easily distract me or delay me from accomplishing my goals. I’m determined to meet the challenges and find new ways to overcome them. Wish me luck and by this day next year, I will be writing about how I succeeded in achieving my goals
